About the role: - Research, interpret, and evaluate information relevant to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the US - Complete applications for provider credentials, licensure, or payor enrollment on behalf of Certify customers - Validate and authenticate information updated on the credentialing/licensing platform with 100% accuracy - Interact with providers and clients over email whenever additional information is required - Summarize research findings and draft them into clear guideline documents What you'll work on: - Handling high-volume research tasks using Google and web resources with meticulous attention to detail - Reviewing and verifying data entered into credentialing and licensing systems to ensure complete accuracy - Communicating with healthcare providers and clients via email to gather missing or clarified information - Translating complex research into well-organized, accessible documentation for internal and external use What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience - Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace tools - Ability to manage substantial research workloads with precision and care
