About the role: - Join BT Group as an Associate Engineer Trainee in a full-time position designed to build your technical foundation across telecommunications and IT infrastructure - Work within a round-the-clock operational environment where you will support engineering teams across multiple shifts - Contribute to maintaining and troubleshooting network systems, infrastructure components, and service delivery platforms What we're looking for: - B.Tech graduates in Electronics and Communication Engineering (preferred), Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering - Graduating batch of 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 or 2026 - No academic backlogs on your transcript - Fluent and confident English communication, both written and verbal - Freshers only—any candidate with prior employment experience, including internships or brief work assignments, is ineligible What you'll need to provide: - All mark sheets from your undergraduate degree - Provisional degree certificate or equivalent - Valid PAN Card How we work: - 24/7 shift-based operations mean you may be rostered across day, evening, and night shifts - Flexibility and adaptability to rotating schedules are essential for this role
