About this role
About the role: - Shape how customers interact with BrewSkin's digital presence by designing interfaces and landing pages that feel natural to use. - Refine the online shopping experience—from how products are presented to how people navigate, pay, and move through their purchase journey. - Channel the brand's identity into cohesive, compelling design across all digital touchpoints. - Build the full design package: wireframes that map user flows, interactive prototypes that test ideas, and polished high-fidelity designs ready for handoff. - Spot where people get stuck or confused, then propose concrete fixes backed by how customers actually behave and what they tell you. - Work alongside Marketing, Product, and Development to ship work that matters. - Keep the visual language consistent across every screen while pushing metrics like conversion and user engagement. What we're looking for: - Hands-on experience designing for direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer-facing brands. - Confident with Figma and the standard tools for design and prototyping. - Deep familiarity with user-centred design principles, building interfaces that work on any screen size, and the specific challenges of online retail. - An eye for visual craft and the discipline to get details right. - The skill to take a business challenge and turn it into a design that solves it. - A portfolio that shows your design thinking process, how you tackle problems, and the quality of what you ship.
