About the role: - Work with data sets to identify patterns, trends and insights that inform business decisions - Develop and maintain SQL queries and Excel models to extract, transform and clean data - Conduct statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of business initiatives - Create clear visualizations and reports that communicate findings to stakeholders across the organization What you'll work on: - Building analytical frameworks using statistical methods to solve business problems - Collaborating with teams to understand data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions - Documenting processes and maintaining data quality standards throughout your analysis workflow What we're looking for: - 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a data analytics role - Solid grasp of statistical concepts and proven ability to apply them to real-world scenarios - Mastery of SQL and Excel; these are non-negotiable for this position - Familiarity with R and Python, or willingness to build these skills - Self-directed work style with the discipline to deliver on tight timelines - Meticulous attention to detail combined with genuine enthusiasm for uncovering insights - Strong ability to explain complex findings in writing and in conversation
