About the role: - Transform conceptual challenges into working designs across BharatPe's fintech platform - Build wireframes and interactive prototypes that guide product development - Design user interfaces grounded in research and usability testing - Partner with product leadership and engineering teams to refine solutions - Apply design thinking frameworks to real problems affecting millions of users What you'll work on: - End-to-end product design projects in financial technology - User experience improvements for payment and banking features - Interface design for mobile and web applications - Design documentation and specifications for handoff to development What you'll bring: - A creative approach to design challenges and problem-solving - Genuine interest in understanding how users think and behave - Ability to think visually and communicate ideas clearly - Willingness to learn from feedback and iterate quickly Good to have: - Hands-on experience with Figma or similar design tools - Familiarity with core design principles like hierarchy, contrast and alignment Who should apply: - Students still completing your degree - Recent graduates new to the workforce - Anyone seeking practical, mentored experience in product design The internship runs for 3 months with immediate availability preferred.
