About the role: - Shape the overall direction and strategy of the product, establishing the vision that guides development and market positioning. - Build and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and customer value. - Oversee the execution of planned features and improvements from conception through launch and beyond. - Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and efficient delivery of product goals. - Partner with design to create user experiences that address customer pain points and drive adoption. - Engage with business stakeholders to align product decisions with company objectives and revenue targets. - Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market insights, and usage data to inform feature prioritization. - Lead decisions through rigorous analysis and metrics rather than intuition, establishing KPIs and tracking progress against them. - Champion a culture of iteration and optimization, identifying opportunities to enhance the product based on performance data. What we're looking for: - Demonstrated success in product management roles with a track record of shipping products to market. - Proven ability to manage and influence teams across engineering, design, and business functions without direct authority. - Strong analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities, with comfort navigating ambiguous situations. - Experience taking products from early stage through growth, with insight into scaling challenges and solutions.
