About the role: - You will own the complete product strategy, roadmap, and delivery from conception through execution. - Working across engineering, design, and business functions, you will align these teams around shared goals and ensure smooth collaboration. - Your role is to understand what customers need and translate those insights into concrete product features that solve real problems. - You will make decisions backed by data and metrics, then drive iteration based on what you learn. What you'll work on: - Defining the vision and direction for the product, setting priorities that balance customer value with business objectives. - Gathering customer feedback and market insights to inform feature decisions. - Managing the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and beyond. - Leading reviews and retrospectives to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement. What we're looking for: - Substantial experience in product management, with a track record of shipping products or features. - Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. - Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics. - Experience building products from the ground up or scaling existing ones to new levels. - Clear communication skills and comfort with ambiguity in fast-moving environments.
