Application Support Engineer

About this role

About the role: - Provide technical assistance to users experiencing software application issues - Diagnose and resolve problems by applying troubleshooting methodologies and technical knowledge - Support application deployment and maintenance across customer environments - Document issues, resolutions, and workarounds for future reference - Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to escalate and fix complex problems What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline - Solid grasp of how software applications work and core troubleshooting principles - Working knowledge of SQL and database concepts - Comfort with Windows and Linux operating systems, networking fundamentals, and application support workflows - Strong logical thinking and ability to break down technical challenges into solvable steps - Clear written and verbal communication, with a genuine approach to helping end users - Capability to handle technical incidents independently and work productively within a team - Freshers or those with internship experience in technical support or related areas are welcome to apply
