Product Specialist (Business Analyst/PM)

About the role: - Support customers in learning how to use the product and resolving technical obstacles they face - Partner with Product and Engineering teams to address reported issues and refine solutions - Monitor usage data to spot trends and recommend features or workflows that would add value What you'll work on: - Translating complex technical concepts into language that non-technical users can follow - Investigating product behavior and debugging problems using logs and technical tools - Building relationships with customers to understand their needs and pain points - Collaborating across teams to prioritize fixes and improvements based on customer feedback What we're looking for: - 0–2 years of experience in Product Operations, Business Analysis, Associate Product Management, or roles with similar customer-facing technical responsibilities - Solid grasp of APIs, web and mobile application design, debugging techniques, and technical processes - Excellent communication ability with the skill to break down technical details for non-experts - Strong analytical thinking, ownership of problems, and a solution-focused approach
