About the role: - Build and scale user-facing features for a platform that serves millions of job seekers and employers across India - Own frontend and mobile experiences from conception through deployment, working across web and native applications - Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into polished, performant interfaces - Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews to maintain high engineering standards What you'll work on: - Developing responsive web applications using React and Next.js - Creating native mobile applications for iOS using Swift and Android using Kotlin - Styling and optimizing user interfaces with Tailwind CSS - Architecting cloud infrastructure and managing deployments on AWS - Writing maintainable code that scales with our growing user base What we're looking for: - 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience - Hands-on expertise with React or Next.js for frontend development - Experience building mobile applications with React Native, Swift, or Kotlin - Familiarity with Tailwind or similar CSS frameworks - Proficiency working with AWS services - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
