About this role
About the role: - Manage information systems and reporting for e-commerce or FMCG operations, translating business needs into structured data solutions - Design and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators across sales, inventory and supply chain metrics - Build automated workflows using Excel functions to reduce manual data entry and improve accuracy in daily reporting cycles - Support decision-making by preparing analysis that highlights trends, anomalies and business insights from operational data What you'll work on: - Creating pivot tables to summarize large datasets from transactional and operational systems - Writing VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP formulas to merge data from multiple sources and validate information integrity - Collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translating them into technical solutions - Documenting data models, processes and system configurations for team reference and knowledge transfer What we're looking for: - 0.6–2 years of professional experience in the e-commerce or FMCG domain - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions - Ability to work with structured data and identify logical relationships between datasets - Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Good to have: - Knowledge of SQL for querying databases - Experience building dashboards in Power BI - Familiarity with Tableau or similar visualization platforms
