About the role: - Shape the vision and strategy for AI-powered learning products that serve millions of students across India - Own the complete product lifecycle from discovery through launch, including roadmap definition, feature prioritization, and cross-functional execution - Work closely with engineering, design, and content teams to translate customer insights into product improvements - Drive adoption and engagement by deeply understanding learner behavior and applying data-driven decision-making What we're looking for: - 2–4 years of hands-on experience shipping software products end-to-end - Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 engineering college (IITs, BITS, NITs, IIITs, etc.); MBA from Tier-1 B-schools preferred - Proven track record of building consumer products from the ground up - Deep expertise in product analytics, user behavior metrics, and how psychology shapes learning and engagement in EdTech environments - Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints while making fast decisions Note: Contact: 8867757044
