About this role
About the role: - Work on business analysis tasks within a service-based IT environment, handling end-to-end project lifecycle activities - Gather detailed requirements from clients and stakeholders to shape product direction and feature development - Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) that serve as blueprints for development teams - Map existing processes and identify gaps between current state and desired outcomes - Produce functional documentation that enables teams to build solutions aligned with business needs What you'll work on: - Direct engagement with clients and internal stakeholders to understand objectives, constraints and success metrics - Analysis of business problems and translation into technical specifications - Process improvement initiatives through systematic gap identification and recommendations - Collaboration across departments to ensure requirements are clear, achievable and prioritized What we're looking for: - 2–4 years of professional experience in a service-based IT company - Proven track record in requirement gathering and detailed analysis - Ability to author clear BRD and FRD documentation - Strong communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Experience with process mapping methodologies and gap analysis frameworks - Analytical mindset with structured problem-solving approach - Attention to detail and ability to translate business language into functional terms
