About the role: - Handle inbound and outbound voice and chat interactions with international clients - Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues and provide support across multiple communication channels - Document interactions accurately and maintain quality standards throughout each conversation - Follow protocols and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery What you'll work on: - Processing customer requests via phone and chat platforms - Troubleshooting common issues and escalating complex problems when needed - Building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and time zones - Meeting performance targets for response time, resolution rate and customer satisfaction What we're looking for: - Graduate degree as minimum qualification - Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English - Ability to work rotational night shifts as part of a 5-day work week - Comfort with on-site work in our office environment - Candidates available to join immediately are preferred What we offer: - Free two-way cab facility for commute - 5-day work week with 2 days off - On-site cafeteria - Gym and sports arena access - Amphitheatre for events and gatherings - Library facilities - Theme-based breakout zones for breaks and collaboration Note: Mention HR Srikanya RS on top of your resume and referral code ARC128
