We’re so much more than an energy company. We’re a family of brands revolutionising how we power the planet. We're energisers. One team of 21,000 colleagues that's energising a greener, fairer future by creating an energy system that doesn’t rely on fossil fuels, whilst living our powerful commitment to igniting positive change in our communities. Here, you can find more purpose, more passion, and more potential. That’s why working here is #MoreThanACareer. We do energy differently - we do it all. We make it, store it, move it, sell it, and mend it.
At Centrica, we're not just adapting to the future of energy, we're shaping it – and we’re looking for curious minds, fresh perspectives and ambitious graduates to help us make it happen.
As a Technology Graduate, you'll have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, solve real business challenges and make an impact from day one. You'll gain hands-on experience, develop the skills needed for your future career and build a network that will support you throughout your journey.
From AI and automation to cyber security and cloud engineering, technology is powering the solutions that will help create a more sustainable future.
Across the two-year programme, you could gain experience in areas such as software development, data and AI, cyber security, cloud engineering, digital products and platform technologies. Whatever path you follow, you'll develop future-ready skills while helping us build smarter, more secure and more resilient digital experiences for our customers and colleagues.
We're looking for potential, not perfection. That's why you'll be supported every step of the way through structured development opportunities, experienced mentors and line managers, dedicated graduate learning, buddy support and a network of graduates from across the business.
With offices across the UK and a hybrid approach to working, flexibility is an important part of our graduate programmes. You’ll need to be open to travel when required and, for some placements, relocation, giving you the opportunity to experience different teams, locations and parts of our business.

We’re not a perfect place – but we’re a people place. Our priority is supporting all of the different realities our people face. Life is about so much more than work. We get it. That’s why we’ve designed our total rewards to give you the flexibility to choose what you need, when you need it, making sure that you and your family are supported not only financially, but physically and emotionally too.
