The Software Solutions Development Program (SDP) is a unique three-year rotational program designed to develop future technology leaders who can bridge business needs and technical solutions. This program provides hands-on experience in software development while emphasizing strategy, collaboration, system design, and stakeholder engagement. The program is a great fit for candidates interested in the impact of technology decisions and curious about product strategy, process, and people – not just code.
Participants will rotate across multiple technology domains—including connected products, enterprise platforms, analytics, ERP systems, and intelligent automation—gaining a holistic understanding of how technology enables business outcomes. Through mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and structured development experiences, you will build the skills needed to influence technical direction, lead initiatives, and drive meaningful impact. This role is well-suited for individuals interested in growing toward technical leadership, solution ownership, or business-facing technology roles rather than deep specialization in individual programming tasks. Graduates of this program will be well-positioned for roles such as technology lead, product owner, systems analyst, solution architect, and engineering manager.
You stay aligned with your goals and stay productive. You convert ideas into actions and produce results with new initiatives. You make new connections and build relationships in other areas and teams. You prepare content for communication that is impactful. You treat mistakes as stepping-stones and reduce risk by testing consequences.
