Use AI tools responsibly to improve analysis, automate repeatable tasks and identify more efficient ways of working.
Work with Salesforce and other systems to improve reporting quality and consistency.
Help maintain accurate KPI definitions, reporting documentation and data checks.
Respond to ad-hoc analysis requests and contribute to wider Finance & Analytics projects.

Comfort in working with numbers and able to spot trends or inconsistencies in data.
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
Good communication skills and the confidence to explain findings clearly.
Organised, proactive and keen to learn.

Additional skills and experience that would be advantageous;

Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system.
