Job Description

Ready to help shape the success of globally renowned brands such as Gillette, Pampers, Head & Shoulders and Oral-B? Do you want to understand what consumers need, identify the trends shaping markets and turn data into recommendations that influence real business decisions? Want to work for a company consistently recognised as one of the UK’s leading graduate employers?

Then apply for our Consumer Analytics & Insights Summer Internship 2027 at P&G. This is a role for people who are curious about human behaviour and excited by the power of data. You will explore what consumers want and why, analyse market and retailer information, spot patterns and opportunities, and translate your findings into clear recommendations for our commercial teams.

You will work in multi-functional teams and use market research, consumer understanding and analytics to solve live business challenges. This could include identifying fast-growing consumer groups, improving the shopping experience, evaluating new media or retail trends, or using complex datasets to uncover growth opportunities. You will communicate your recommendations to internal stakeholders and also help shape the story we take externally to our retail partners.

What To Expect:

During your 12-week summer internship, you will take ownership of live business projects. This could involve understanding consumers and markets, exploring data to identify opportunities, or turning insights into recommendations for P&G teams and retail partners. The exact focus will depend on the business need, giving you the opportunity to build a broad mix of analytical and communication skills with tailored coaching and support throughout.

This internship is available in our UK Head Office in Weybridge (an easy commute from Central London with regular trains from Waterloo & Clapham Junction and a free shuttle bus from the station to the office).

What You Will Gain:

Responsibilities and Real Work from Day 1: You will be given specific projects and responsibilities working on real and live business challenges, just like a true P&Ger.
Continuous training & coaching: You will work with passionate people and receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager.
Competitive Compensation & Benefits: The monthly salary for this summer internship is £2,625. On top of this you’ll enjoy lots of benefits like the option to enrol in our pension, flexible working arrangements, and your very own ‘Flex4Me’ Fund which enables you to allocate a portion of your benefits package to the areas that matter most to you.
Full Time Role: Successful interns have the potential to secure a full-time position with P&G after graduation. As a 'build from within' company, our people start at entry level and progress through the organization. When we make a job offer, it’s with the expectation that you will grow into one of our future leaders, and to help you get there, you will work closely with skilled P&G veterans for mentoring and coaching at every step.

Job Qualifications

What We Look For:

University students graduating in 2027 or 2028.
We welcome students from Business, Psychology, Economics, Anthropology, Sociology, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or other related fields. Your degree matters less than your ability to combine curiosity and be confident working with data.
A researcher mindset: you are curious about the true “why” behind behaviour, enjoy forming and testing hypotheses, and are motivated to uncover new insights rather than accept the obvious answer.
Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities. Tell us what you’re proud of – be it playing a musical instrument or holding down a job alongside your studies. We want to get to know you during your application!
Demonstrated leadership skills with strong observational and analytical capability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal and written English language skills.

Start Date:

The summer internship is available from 5th July 2027 until 24th September 2027. We expect you to be available for the full duration.

Right to Work:

For our internship roles, you will need to provide your own right to work in the UK for the full duration of your internship without requiring sponsorship from P&G. Note, this will require your right to work permission to be valid between 5th July 2027 until 24th September 2027 for a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.

P&G is legally required to ensure all candidates have the right to work in the UK from Day 1 of their employment. All applicants will therefore be asked to provide evidence of their right to work at the conclusion of the recruitment process as a condition of employment.

Application Deadline:

1pm (GMT) October 30th, 2026. You must apply by the deadline. We encourage you to apply and complete our online assessments as soon as possible, as we may close early if positions are filled.
